  1. Step 1

    Prepare your pupil CSV

Export pupils from your school system as-is. You do not need to curate the file first; the tool analyses the full content, reads the Yes and No eligibility values, and only exports the relevant pupils.

  2. Step 2

    Upload the CSV

Drop the file onto the upload area or select it from your device. The file is parsed in your browser only.

  3. Step 3

    Choose who to include

Keep FSM and Early Years PP selected, or switch either group off if the order should only include one eligibility type.

  4. Step 4

    Fix any blocking issues

The tool stops export if an eligible pupil is missing a name, has no email address, or has an invalid email address.

  5. Step 5

    Generate and review the ZIP

Enter the voucher value, delivery date, and URN, confirm the review acknowledgement, then download the generated order files.

  6. Step 6

    Extract the downloaded files

Open the downloaded ZIP folder and extract the CSV files to a location you can easily find, such as Downloads or a secure school folder.

  7. Step 7

    Upload each file to Edenred

Go to the Edenred ordering site, then upload each generated CSV individually using the bulk upload function in Order and send eCodes by email.

Source CSV checklist

Why multiple order files?

Voucher providers usually reject an order file when the same email address appears more than once.

This tool groups eligible pupils by normalised email address, then places pupils sharing an address into separate CSV files. Each generated order file contains unique email addresses.

What the ZIP contains

The ZIP contains one or more order CSV files named order-1.csv, order-2.csv, and so on.

Each file uses: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Value, Delivery Date, URN and UK PRN. UK PRN is included and left blank.

Disclaimer

This tool is designed to assist with preparing FSM voucher order files. The accuracy of the generated exports depends on the uploaded source CSV and the settings selected before export.

Users should review and validate all generated files before using them or submitting them to a voucher provider. The developer accepts no liability for errors, omissions, incorrect submissions, financial losses, or outcomes resulting from misuse of the tool or failure to validate exported data.
